Role: Field Executive – Process

Edu. Qualification: Diploma Chemical / B.Sc Chemistry

Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years

Brief Job Description:

Adhere to specific tasks related to daily production plan as per defined PTF.

Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing like monitoring of required parameters.

Monitoring safe condition of respective section equipment’s and uphold all of safety norms.

Work under the guidance of Shift/Plant In charge to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner.

Follow authorized procedures and company policies for equipment operation.

Participation in DWM and 5S ensure ZLD and other parameters pertaining to operational efficiency.

Role: DCS Executive – Process

Edu. Qualification: B.E. Chemical / Diploma Chemical

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

Brief Job Description:

To monitor the process parameters closely and with full alertness and communicating any abnormality in process to the Shift In charge immediately.

To Supervise the running process, identifying missing interlocks for a safer process operation, avoiding unnecessary downtimes.

To maintain records of stocks, Flow rates, Quantities Charged, Batches processed, Batch Times, In-process Quality parameters, Downtimes with reasons and corrective actions.

To ensure production Planning incorporating routine shutdowns/Inspections and to be always in close contact with Shift In charge/other technical departments.

Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, process upsets, and emergencies to minimize production disruptions and maintain safety.

To supervise pH tests, Susceptibility tests at DCS for record keeping and to get prior idea of the product quality. To fill up Checklists for routine effective control of production parameters.

To contribute effectively of case of any quality related issues due to plant operations, in consultation with Shift In charge. To ensure best control and best output to avoid any batch failure.

To ensure Safest workplace and Safety in each and every operation of Plant and Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.

To ensure best housekeeping as per standards of 5S. Activity Involved in driving the TQM Culture in the plant.

Role: Shift Leader – Process

Edu. Qualification: B.E. Chemical / B.Tech Chemical

Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years

Brief Job Description:

Coordinate and manage the activities of the production shift to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.

Supervise and provide guidance to a team of production operators, assigning tasks and monitoring their performance.

Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime and maximize output.

Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Control and Maintenance, to address production-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and any deviations from quality standards.

Oversee regular inspections of equipment and machinery, identifying maintenance needs and coordinating repairs or servicing as needed.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including quality standards, safety guidelines, and operational protocols.

Ensure that best quality products are produced without any batch failure and to ensure compliance.

To ensure Safest workplace and Safety in each and every operation of Plant and Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
