Position: DCS Officer
Qualification: Diploma in Chemical or B.sc in Chemistry.
Experience: 3-5 years in API Pharma or Intermediate.
Location: Vilayat GIDC, Bharuch
Skills:
Proficiency in DCS operations.
Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain DCS (Emerson Delta-V) systems.
Handle unit operations such as reaction, distillation, crystallization, evaporation, drying, and packing.
Manage material handling of chemicals like ammonia, sulfuric acid, caustic, ethanol, and nitrogen.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
Important Note: Candidates with less than one year of experience in their current company will not be considered.
