Job Opportunity In Jindal Saw Ltd, Nashik

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the Position Manager.

Candidates who works in CNC Machine System House/ System integrators, Seamless Pipe manufacturers, Hot rolling mill and Cold rolling mill are preferred.

Job description:

* Hands on experience trouble shooting of equipment's, VFDs and CNC FANUC PLC's (ABB/Siemens)

* Capable to handle erection & commissioning of electrical equipment's (Motors/Panels/VFD/PLC)

* Plan and execute the Condition based and Time based Preventive Maintenance

* Good Knowledge & hands on experience in Siemens PLC Programming (Simatic Manager/TIA Portal) and HMI & SCADA Design in TIA and WinCC Platform and should be able to read, modify the Ladder or FBD program as per site requirement.

* Good Knowledge & hand skilled experience in ABB ACS800 or ACS880 Multi Drive system and DCS800.

* Hands on working knowledge in Induction Heating Machines, Transformers, HT & LT Panels, Field Instruments & Sensors, Encoders, Pressure Tx, Flow Transmitters, Temperature, level transmitters etc

Education: B.Tech/B.E. Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation

Experience: 10 Plus years
