Location: Jamnagar

Purpose: To oversee electrical equipment maintenance activities in the workshop, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

 * Maintenance Planning: Create and manage maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.

 * Workshop Operations: Perform maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with other departments.

 * Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.

 * Documentation: Prepare reports and records related to maintenance activities.

Success Metrics:

 * Time to resolution

 * Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

 * Reduction in unplanned shutdowns

 * Mean time between failures

 * Reduction in safety incidents

Skills Required:

 * Electrical troubleshooting

 * Preventive maintenance

 * Equipment repair

 * Knowledge of electrical systems

 * Adherence to safety procedures

 * Technical documentation

 * Attention to detail

 * Workshop maintenance planning

Qualifications:

 * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

 * 1-3 years of experience in industrial/electrical workshop maintenance
