RenewSys, a leading solar energy solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Asst Manager - Module Line Maintenance to join our team in Hyderabad.
About the Role:
As an Asst Manager - Module Line Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of module line equipment. You will also play a key role in team management, process optimization, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and supervise preventive maintenance activities.
* Lead and manage a team of technicians.
* Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as ATW Stringer, Laminators, Auto bussing, Framing, and Automation.
* Analyze equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives (CIPs, Kaizens).
* Utilize software tools like Excel, SAP-PM, MTTR, MTBF, and OEE.
* Manage spare parts inventory.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Any Graduate (Electrical, Mechanical)
* 7-12 years of experience in module line maintenance
