Position: Officer - Production.

Qualifications B.E. in Chemical Engineering

Location: Mahad, Maharashtra, India


Job Description:

Proficiency in DCS/PLC is essential.

Ensure all processes and operations are executed according to standard work instructions, procedures, and specifications.

Organize and schedule shop floor activities in alignment with the production plan and delivery schedule.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks in operations.

Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), OHSAS, and inventory management systems.

Manage logistics, shipping, receiving, delivery, and distribution, focusing on process improvement and problem resolution.

Coordinate with supporting functions such as safety, QA/QC, ETP, Engineering, and Stores to ensure smooth plant operations.

Prepare standing operating procedures and work instructions for the department.
Initiate actions to prevent occurrences of non-conformity related to product, process, quality system, environmental management system, OHSAS, and regulatory compliance.

Train subordinates based on identified training needs.
Oversee the complete operation and maintenance of equipment in the production department.

Calculate raw material consumption coefficients and yields.
