Location: Karakhadi, Vadodara.


BEST VALUE CHEM PVT LTD is hiring a skilled Maintenance
Engineer to join our team in the chemical manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on various pumps, including centrifugal pumps (mechanical seal), dosing pumps, and dry vacuum pumps.

• Maintain different types of reactors (SSR, GLR).

• Oversee maintenance of reactor agitators, filter presses, and
heat exchangers.

• Maintain mechanical seals of pumps and agitators.

• Manage utility equipment maintenance, including process cooling towers, boilers, chillers, and air compressors.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, developing effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.

• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and
maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.


Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or
related field.

• 3-4 years of experience in maintenance within a chemical
manufacturing environment.

Preferred Candidate Location:
Only local candidates from Vadodara will be considered for this
position.
