Remarks


1. Chemical/Pharma industry experience
Experience in both Electrical and instrumentation
Adept in development, programming and trouble shooting of DCcs
(Preferably ABB)


Good knowledge of industrial communication protocols to
integrate field instruments, third party devices and MIS systems.


Good experience in loadcell based systems, calibration processes
and legal requirements.


Exposure in commissioning and maintenance of DCs system
Good knowledge of industrial communication protocols to
integrate field instruments, third party devices and MIS systems.


Good experience in loadcell based systems, calibration processes
and legal requirements.


Maintenance experience in rotating equipments, pumps, Pnematic
conveying system and Utilities
high level of understanding on chemical safety ZLD, BSC, and SMS
Experience in QA testing, Material handling (RM and FG)
Production process, planning and packing


Department - Mechanical, EEE, ECE, E&I, I&c and Mechatronics
Exposure in handling hazardous chemicals, liquids and powders.
Inventory management of raw materials. Exposure to SAP and
hygiene maintenance


Inventory management of engineering spares and consumables.
Exposure to ERP system SAP and EWM. Understanding of MRP,
material issue and receipt, invoice processing .Vendor introduction
and management
