Senior Executive - Production
B.E/B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering Full Time
(First Class Mandatory without any break in the education)
3-8 years in Hazardous Specialty Chemical Industry (Batch Plant)
Experience in handling of hazardous chemicals, as a Shift In charge for at least 2 years,
Experience in handling equipment's like distillation column, reactors, filters, scrubbers,dryers, pumps etc.
Exposure to safety systems and norms applicable to the process
Unit Operation handled: Bromination, Chlorination, Hydrogenation, Distillation Candidate should be proficient in handling, DCS Operations of minimum two years independently
(Age Limit Below 35 year)
Senior Executive - Instrumentation
qualification
B.E/B. Tech - Instrumentation & Control - Full Time
(First Class Mandatory without any break in the education)
3-8 Years in Chemical/ Specialty Chemical Industry
Experience
Experience in leading and guiding the team of Jr. Engineers & Technicians
Knowledge of field instruments (FT, PT, LT, CV, Analyzers, detectors, TE) installation,
commissioning, Instruments selection and installation.
DCS and PLC Programming knowledge.
Knowledge in instruments projects and maintenance
Exposure of safety system, process and standards HAZOP, HIRA, PSSR, Daily routine.
Knowledge of Hazardous area classification (Age Limit Below 35 year)
Senior Executive - Mechanical
qualification
B.E/ B. Tech Mechanical Engineering - Full Time
(First Class Mandatory without any break in the education)
3-8 Years in Chemical/ Specialty Chemical Industry
Basic knowledge of Glass line Reactors, Graphite equipment, ANE, RVPD, Vacuum system pumps, Rotary Equipment's.
Exposure of safety system, HAZOP process and standards, HIRA, PSSR.
Knowledge and exposure of TQM Practices, ISO standards.
Planning and execution, Communication, Interpersonal skills, Teamwork
(Age Limit Below 35 year)
