it's Pharmaceutical, API, & Chemical
manufacturing facility at Vilayat GIDC,
Bharuch for following positions:
Shift In charge- Production
education: BE- Chemical Exp: 4-8 years in API Pharma Industry
perience & knowledge of operation of pumps, compressors, blowers, safety
ves & control valves, exposure in preparing SOP's, experience in DCS/PLC
sed control systems and awareness about ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
Chemist- Production
education: B.Sc /Diploma Exp: 3 to 6 Years in API Pharma Industry
perience of reaction, autoclave, hydrogenation, filling of BPR, safety
npliances, log sheets, distillation/MEE operation, filtration & maintain
cess parameters, troubleshooting & awareness of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
Sr. Executive/Executive - Qc / QA
education: M.Sc. - Chemistry Exp: 4 to 8 Years in API Pharma Industry
Ist have knowledge of cGMP, USFDA, FSSC- 22000, NABL. IPOA &
cumentation activities. Experience of handling, calibration of all Qc
truments, compliances of 21 CFR Part-11 and troubleshooting related to QC
alytical instrument.
Sr. Engineer / Engineer / Asst. Foreman
Instrumentation
Education: BE /ITI Instrumentation
Exp: 4-8 years in Pharma, chemical & Power Plant
Knowledge of calibration & maintenance practices for DCS/PLC/SCADA & S
SMART, FF & pneumatic field instruments. Knowledge of Instrumentati
engineering functions related to plant process and operations.
Sr. Engineer / Engineer / Asst. Foreman - Mechanical
Education: BE /ITI Mechanical
Exp: 4 -8 years in Pharma / Chemical Industry
Having practical exposure in Crystallizers, Dryers, different types of filte
Vacuum Belt dryer, ANE Reactors, RVPD, Packing machines etc. Adhere to cGN
or current good manufacturing practices, standard operating methods and leg
regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
