Position Title: Frontline Engineer - Electrical Projects


Designation: Engineer / Senior Engineer


Location: Vilayat, Bharuch(Gujarat)

Qualification :B.E + B.Tech Electrical


Experience:7 to 9 Years


Job Description:

1.Supervise, Operate & maintain the electrical installations to ensure the reliable, safe,

efficient, & cost effective manufacturing activities on site

2.Operate & Maintain 33KV and below voltage installation. HT/LT

3. Maintenance of various
intelligent Motor Contrl dPnent sS Such as EHT/HT/LT installation .transformere
1 Centers (iMCC), PCC, MCC, VCBs, capacitor panels etc.

4. Maintain and Sustain safe practices and SOP required for electrical installation O & M
through best industry knowledge and practices. Implement best LOTO procedures for the
plant.

5. Plan as well as Track & monitor Opex expenditure against budgeted.

6. Identification & Implementation of Management of Change, Capex projects and Continual
improvement programs.

7.Lead energy audits at site as per Applicable rules. Tap various opportunities for energy
savings & efficient operation through use of EMS system.(Energy Management system),
daily trend analysis.

8. Failure analysis & implement CAPA, Down time control, Spares management, Equipment
reliability study.

9.Continuous on job & classroom Training, awareness and development of electrical team &
contractors to identify hazard, elimination of the same, following process/plant safety
policies during all work execution as well as legal compliance.

10. Ensuring 100% legal compliances applicable to department based on Factories act and
other statutory bodies & do necessary coordination with applicable Government
officer/offices
