Education: BE- Chemical
Experience : 03-07 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Design and develop various element of Aarti Management System, a model that enables to standardise the systems and procedures for driving performance excellence
•Facilitate and continuously monitor implementation of elements of Aarti Management System across all functions Organise & conduct Internal & External system Audits
•Audit Review and improvement Plan and organise management reviews for overall performance as per defined performance matrices
•Provide necessary training to respective functions for practicing and abiding to the guidelines of Aarti Management System element and RCA tool:- Awareness, Audit & assessment
•Ideate and propose newer ways to increase value proposition for the stakeholders by adopting benchmark practices for people and processes
Location: Dahej
