Candidate screening & selection process will be as follow:

• Academic criteria screening 559% throughout (1Oth, Diploma aggregate 9%)

ElectricalU Mechanical Diploma, 2021 & 2022 pass-out candidates only.

Male candidates preferred for site operations. Age of 18 years complete on the day of selection.

Job location flexibility: Readiness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations at any of the Kutch Area

where Suzlon operates in Kutch -Gujarat.

Trainee Engineer Categories & Package:

• DTE Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level)

CTC 2.00 lakh pa + additionally will get the following benefits (Bachelor shared Accommodation,

Canteen, Transport on the site provided by Suzlon. Travel Reimbursement, Annual increments &

Incentives as per applicable policy)

6 weeks training program (3 weeks classroom training + 3 weeks -OJT (On Job Training)
