COKE OVEN PROJECT


Planning

• End to end responsibility from Project planning, scheduling. controlling, monitoring: cash flow and budgets preparation.

Ensuring full kitting for equipment erection, Subcontractor management, Liasoning with civil, structural, refractory
team for equipment erection, on ground planning for
equipment erection, measurement verification, billing
[BTech (any discipline) -7 to 15 years ]



Process Engineering

• Coordination with all functionaries - MHS, battery proper,
CDQ, BPP, other utilities, incorporation of process
requirements, modification in existing plan. Interfacing
requirement, coordination for integrated testing, liasoning
with various department for process integration
[BTech Chemical - 7 to 15 years]



Execution Equipment

End to end responsibility of equipment erection from
equipment receipt at site till final erection of equipment
adhering to all safety and quality requirements. Ensuring
erection of equipment as per protocols and SOPs within
the stipulated time
[BTech Mechanical -7 to 15 years ]



Executive Structural

• End to end responsibility of structural erection from
material receipt at site till final completion of structure
adhering to all safety and quality requirements. Ensures
timely completion of work as per works plan that includes
material handling at site till erection, resource
management, measurement, billing.
[BTech Mechanical / Civil -7 to 15 years ]



Piping


• End to end responsibility from material receipt till piping
installation at site adhering to all safety and quality
standards. Ensures timely completion of work as per
works plan that includes material handling at site till
erection, resource management, measurement, billing
[BTech Mechanical -7 to 15 years ]



Electrical & Instrumentation

• End to end responsibility from testing of equipments, tria
run till commissioning of the entire project. Complete E&
exection at respective areas, measurement, biling.
resource planningg. Monitoring execution, onsite plannin
and scheduling. Ensuring full kitting requirement for E&I
works, coordination with mechanical team for initiating
testing works, liasoning with tech. partners for trials and
testing.
[BTech E&I -7 to 15 years ]



QAI QC

• Ensure quality workmanship, Site inspection, Joint
inspection tests, Certification as per requirement.
Implemention QMA, quality audits, inspection reports an
ensuring compliances.
[ NDT II Certified -7 to 15 years ]



Full Kit

• Engineering coordination, drawing ful-kit for execution,
follow-up/ liasoning with tech. partners for tech. queries
and clarification.
[BTech (any discipline) -3 to 6 years ]
