Experience/Skills

- Unit Operations & Processes of Pilot Plant, Safety (HAZOP, PSSR,PPE's),

Permit System, P&ID, Chemical Handling, Equipment handling like CF, Glass

sS Reactors, Vacuum Pumps, Scrubbers, Pumps, Distillation Column etc.

- Experience in the Pilot Plant/chemical plant.- Preferred good exposure on

electrical Maintenance, HT (High transformers)

Experience in the Pilot Plant/chemical plant.calibration report, checklist, dail

log sheet, departmental documentation etc. 

(wiring, hook ups, general

arrangement (GA)PTW (Permit system), JSA(Job safety analysis), toolbOx tal

contract employee safety,

afety, BBS (Behavior based safety)]etcH T/LT/

plant maintenance

DCS/PLC, different chemistries, (HAZOP/HIRAIPSSR), permits/JSA, Centrifug

|ANF, RVD,distillation column RM/PM availability, Equipment cleaning,equipme

leak test,SOP, interlocks RCA/CAPA

Experience in the Pilot plant/chemical plant. timely execution of maintenance

(preventive maintenance, shutdown) PTW, JSA, toolbox talk, contract

employee safety, BBS, electrical safety] - RCA, conceptual studies, risk

analysis etc. - Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), LTIHT, DG Sets
