     Mechanical

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering

Exp: 3 to8 years in Mechanical Maintenance from Chemical/

Specialty Chemical industry's

Basic knowledge of Glass line Reactors, Graphite equipment, ANF, RVPD,

Vacuum systems, pumps, Rotary Equipment's.

Exposure of safety system, HAZOP process and standards, HIRA, PSSR.

Knowledge and exposure of TOM Practices, ISO standards.

Planning and execution, Communication, Interpersonal skills, Teamwork.

routine.

Knowledge and exposure of TOM Practices, ISO standards.

    Instrumentation (Maintenance)

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech. in Instrumentation Engineering

Exp: 3 to 8 years in Instrumentation Maintenance Chemical/

Specialty Chemical Industry.

Experience in handling Instrumentation equipment's ensuring its reliability

and validity.

Exposure to safety systems and norms applicable to the process.

Execute the scheduled maintenance as per plan.

Planning the jobs and allocation of JE/Tech manpower.

Worked On SAP and Oracle.

Responsible for M0C (management of change) jobs as per time schedule.

Maintaining IMS and audit documents for instrumentation maintenance.

Knowledge and exposure of TOM Practices, ISO standards.
