Qualification: 

Diploma/ B Tech Electrical / Mechanical /Experience: 5 to 15 Years

SAP Knowledge and Good in Excel Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for material functions viz., Materials stock, Preparing approval

note & PR, PR vs. material receipt status Ensure timely material Availability at all the sites to reduce machine breakdown time.

Regular Review & Follow-up with Buyer for Open PR quantity & Timely receipts

Ensure Zero Material Shortage Ensure timely inputs to Purchase team for

procurement

Decide Inventory Norms & Procurement Lead T

ime with support from Central

Planning and Inventory Control as per target

Providing various MIS for the business management and providing data to

State Material Manager / Area Incharge

Co-ordination with Area In charge, Site In charge, site Stores In charges, State

Material In charge.

Planning and forecasting materials requirement for the state line with the

Business Strategy & Business plan at state level.

Monthly MIS Report for the all the sites

Weekly MIS for Pending Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders

Predict & minimize Obsolescence

Offer / Dispose Of Excess inventory
