Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Manager  Electrical with exposure in utilities for our chemical plant. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems, with a proven track record in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

Utility Systems Management:

Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical utility systems, including power distribution, lighting, and emergency power systems and having exposure in utilities services like Cooling towers, Brine, Boiler, Nitrogen plant, Air Compressor.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

Instrumentation and Control:

Develop and implement control strategies for utility systems to optimize efficiency and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system issues to minimize downtime.

Project Management:

Lead electrical engineering projects related to utilities, from concept to completion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Maintenance and Optimization:

Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization measures.

Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for critical utility systems.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on utilities, in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.

Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the chemical or pharmaceutical sector.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
