Timely & effective technical replies to all enquiries and tenders Reply to questionnaires 

If formats from Customers Registration bodies /inspection agencies received from different departments Preparation of order documents such as QAPMPS, Steel

Specification, Enquiry Check List, Distributions Lists etc. and get

them approved from Customers/Inspection Agencies through

Marketing / Purchase RM departments

Preparation of Product Plan & Quality Control Process Sheet.

Preparation of Wis & other system documents for the QA

Department.

Proper document storageluploading/Distribution in offices/plants.

Doing surveillance in the plants for ensuring compliance to laid

down procedures and WIs

Process Control by raising product and process NCRs and

ensuring proper closure of the same

Preparation of plant visits by customers / inspection agencies etc.

Timely readiness along with all relevant documents for technical

kick-off meetings of projects/order

Educational: B. Tech/ B.E. Mechanical/ Metallurgy.

Candidate having knowledge of Stainless Steel, #SAP, #female

candidate will be given preference.
