Job Description :
1. Shift to shift Production Review Trouble shooting as and when necessary .
2. Review of consumption levels for various Raw Material and utilities
3. Meeting on Delivery Plan with SCM and QA Checking Major / Minor Deviation on process parameters
4. Do RCA of any quality Deviation Coordination with Project Team Timely clearance for work
5. Monitoring of Satuatory norms on regular intervals
6. Tracking of VOC on regular basis
7. Identified skill gap of team members
8. Plan training process to bridge the identified gaps .
9. Implementation of WCM Practices in Plant
10. Monitor progress of OHS actioning . Making system to monitor processes as per SOP
11. Always plant must be upkeep
