1 ) Position Production Officer ( DCS operater )

Qualification : – Diploma / B.Tech Chemical

Experience : 3-4 years in DCS Controller

Should have knowledge about

Ammonia , Amines , DCS , pressure reaction plant commissioning , MS ERPShift Operation . On site / off site Emergency handling

2 ) Shift Incharge

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech Chemical

Experience : 5-5years in experience in Continuous Hazardous plant

Should have knowledge about Ammonia , Amines , DCS , pressure distillation , pressure reaction , plant commissioning , MS ERP , Shift Operation . On site / off site Emergency handling

3 ) Instrument officer requirement

Qualification – ITI / Diploma Exp – 3-4 minimum .

Related Experience and knowledge of- Continuousl plant ( Chemical ) .

PLC / DCS basic knowledge- Architecture of panel and its wiring .

Instruments calibration , testing & certification FT , FT.TT , LT.PH.TDS.conductivity , Sox , Nox , 02 , Load Cell , Control valves , PSV , analysers , Fire detection system , Gas detectors Etc.

Master instruments handling- Multimeter , HART , Temp Bath , Multifunction Loop calibrator , pressure comparator Elc .

Spares management – Critical spares stock availability monitoring and raising the requirements of shortfall .

Manpower handling . Shift Technicians handling .

Instruments installation and commissioning . Should have knowledge of standard installation and commissioning practices .

Fault finding – Able to troubleshoot the breakdown of equipment based on the performance of the equipment or any abnormalities noticed .

Work permil – Knowledge of different work permit systems .

Log book maintaining To maintain daily Log – Book and checklist for maintenance technicians .

Hazardous plant – Basic knowledge of hazardous plant instrumentation .
