Job description
Electrical Supervisor Role: Electrical Supervisor

Location: Jambusar



Strategic Responsibilities

1. Assisting reporting Executive in maximizing equipment availability by minimizing breakdowns pertaining to different Electrical equipment

2. Run all Electrical equipment in healthy condition.

3. Assisting reporting Executive in manpower utilization related
to plant Electrical work.



Operational Responsibilities

System management related to plant maintenance

1. Documentation related to PM & General Maintenance activity

2. Smooth operation of Electrical equipment like Transformer,
Captive Power Plant, Diesel Generator

Set, PCOC panels, MCC panels, and APFC panels. Lighting
Transformer, all AC Drives & motors

3. Record all Electrical equipment's data in log sheet

4. Record daily Electrical activities in Daily report book

5. Ensure proper house-keeping in plant

6. Maintain 0.99 Power factor & appropriate loading on CPP,
DGVCL & DG Supply for avoiding Overload on system.

7. Attained break down in any Electrical equipment.

8. Follow safety systems like work permit, HIRA, JSA and PPEs
etc.

9. Maintain and review the required documents of ISO.


Education Qualification
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
