You will be Responsible for
Handle court hearing - HC /
Dist. Court
Draft pleading papers / letters
notices
Monitor and ensure statutory
compliances under various
applicable laws
• Cross Functional and Cross
Unit Audit
• Coordinate with company
retained / hired advocates for
their appearances on the date
of hearing
• Advise business on various
Commercial transactions
• Contract negotiation and
vetting
• Reply to show cause notices
received from any judicial /
quasi judicial / statutory
authority
Skills you
should bring
• Knowledge of Local laws and language
• Analytical Thinking
Exposure to Cement Industry
Knowledge of Mining Law preferred
Strong Communication Skill
Go getter
Education
Graduation and Post Graduation in Law
Experience
+10 years
Result Oriented
Clear and Effective communication
