B. Qualification:- MBA/MHRM/MHRD/MLw/MSW-(Full-time Mandatory)

C. Skill Sets:-

D Candidate must have either experience in L&D or IR

Learning & Development- (TNI,TNA, Training Calendar, Training Co-ordination,

Training Evaluation, MIS Management, Training Audit, etc.)

Industrial Relation - Statutory Compliance, Contract Labor Management,

Time-keeping, Employee grievances,etc.

D Experience in SAP is preferred
