Job Description:
Should ensure timely preventive maintenance as per equipment as per schedule.
Should ensure timely calibration activity of equipment as per schedule and document it
To perform daily troubleshooting of equipment during shift.
To maintain daily log sheet and proper reporting matrix to Executive.
Should ensure the equipment installation as per standards.
Should list out activities that have to be performed during shutdown.
Should ensure safely completion work by following proper work permit, LOTO and communication with
Shift incharge, and should immediately report unsafe activity to concern department and should
actively participate in Safety activity.
Should check and inspect functioning of
critical interlock, by P&lD and ensure 100% functional.
Should be able to read and understand manual and wiring diagram and should be able to
troubleshoot through it.
Should keep instrument and workplace hygiene and clean and should be able to imply work standards
like 5s, kaizen and Root cause of frequent breakdown.
Other Information:
Candidate from edible oil industry will be preferable
