We are having an Excellent job Opportunity for the position of Engineer - Maintenance for our LSAW Plant - Maintenance Department for Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd - Kutch Works .

Designation: Engineer - Mechanical Maintenance

Location: Kutch Gujarat

Experience - 4 to 6 yrs

Salary: As per Exp. and Qualification

Days of working- 6 Days

Responsible for:

Responsibility

1. Shift wise handover and takeover of the charge.

2. Maintaining the log book & deploy manpower for Pending work.

3. Giving safety training to all team members as per planning.

4. Responsible for execution of Preventive &breakdown maintenance of department in shifts independently.

5. Take preventive /corrective action with consultation of respective Section in charge for repetitive breakdown/major breakdown.

6. To decide the priority of work to be done within the shift and if work is not completed then inform next shift engineer.

7. Maintaining all the records related to QMS requirements like History card, Preventive checklists, calibration certificate etc.

8. Planning of general spares for shift handling & to ensure availability of spares within the plant , If not available then issue the material from stores.

9. If spare not available in stores then inform to Section in charge for procurement/issuance.

10. Breakdown more than 30 min to be informed to Section In charge

11. Calibration of instruments used for process evaluation.

12. Uses of suitable PPE for good safety practice by himself & ensure for sub ordinates

13. Performing the job according to additional responsibilities assigned by respective Section In charge/ HOD.

14. Responsibilities as identified in respective functional Procedures.

15. Condition monitoring of Tools & Tackles.

16. To follow safety & Environmental guidelines as per procedures

17. Sub ordinates must be aware about :

a) Machine & its function.

b) Tools & Tackles
