Experience: 10 to 12 years

Education: B. Tech/MCA or Equivalent

Major Responsibilities for this position: -

- Experience in handling responsibilities of Digitization, IT enablement for Sales, Supply chain and Manufacturing excellence.

- Responsible for leading and strategizing digital transformation roadmap for the organization with thorough business process knowledge of sales, Supply chain and manufacturing. 

- Additional Knowledge of SAP HANA, CRM and Power BI is preferred.

- To define digital initiatives with requirements, engage and assess solution and technical partners. Ability to lead Sales and supply-chain leadership discussions with domain depth and contextual understanding for value addition.

- Strategic and digital acumen, critical thinking, creativity, self-motivation, time management, and eagerness to learn new skills and mind-sets.

- Working very closely with internal and external stake holders for developing strategy and business case for Digital Marketing, E-commerce, IBP and Smart Mfg.

- Collaborate with different business teams for identification and designing the solutions /platforms which will have appreciable returns on investment, easy to manage and scalable.

- Building reusable components and applications for faster deployment of solutions.

- Leverage Digital technologies like Commerce, CRM, Sales enablement solutions to: 

*Improve customer acquisition and drive efficiencies across every touchpoint every interaction from ad to account-base marketing, email to ecommerce, social to service.

- Design learning programs for business on Digital standards and technologies.

- Lead a community for sharing best practices in usage of tools and technologies that will optimization entire customer experience, logistics and manufacturing process.

  

Desired profile and experience: -

Ø Proven Experience in Digital Tech, IBP Tools, RPA, IOT, AI/ML.

 

Ø Service knowledge / Product knowledge: Digital Marketing, HANA, Power BI, O9, Blue yonder, Smart Mfg.

Ø Proven experience in a professional services environment – including project delivery relating to information management SAP HANA, Power BI

 

Ø Role involves support to colleagues at multiple location hence prefer candidate who are willing to work as per Multiple time zone and ability to withstand pressure.
