1.Heater (Main heating Element)

- Heater Convert Electrical energy to Heat energy that's why water heat

- Heter inside Nicorm Meter wire Insted Sperial SS Pipe and Fill Insulating material 

2. Thermostat

-Thermostat Sense Water heate ON or OFF and control Water temperature 

-Set temperature 45' C 

-After 45 C water temperature reaches thermostat cutoff heater supply

-Thermostat put in heater Phase supply

3.Auto cut off switch (Thermal switch)

-If thermostat May be malfunction so second back up protection is Auto cut off switch

- this auto cutoff switch is bimetallic switch

4.ON OFF indication

Green ON indicator

Red OFF indicator

Heater safety 

-Don't bypass Thermostat and auto cut off switch.

- Earthing Must be provide

- Geuser incoming supply RCCB,RCBO mist be provide
