Job Responsibilities:-
1) Create and execute learning strategies and programs
2)Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
3)Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
4)Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
5)Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
6)Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
7) Recruitment for various positions for technical and non technical both profiles.
Requirement:
* Male Candidate must have completed Post graduation in MBA(HR).
* Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
* Candidate must have Advanced knowledge about MS office.
