Experience: Minimum 8-12 years Experience
Skill Set Required
Able to influence teams to drive toward excellence in Demand planning process and forecasting metrics.
Sound knowledge of Forecast analytics and Stat modeling.
Leading Demand review in S&OP and S&OE. *Has hands on knowledge of new age forecasting tools like 09, Kinaxis, Blue yonder etc.
Has been a key interface between Sales and Supply Chain with strong working relations with Business leadership.
Able to Shape demand using what-if analysis and scenario planning.
