Qualification : B. Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy

Experience : 7-10 years of relevant experience

Job Location : Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Colvale Goa (Unit 2)

Job Responsibilities (QMS)

•Execution of daily and monthly plan.

•Achievement daily and monthly targets with predefined quality parameters

•Plan and allocate manpower to lines as per requirements

•Process simplification and performance improvement.

•Aim to achieve zero deviation and 100% utilization of the resources.

•Coordinate with internal suppliers and customers.

•Preparation and review of SOPs, BPRs, Qualification and Validation protocol/Documents.

•Exhibit batch planning.

•Preparation of QMS documents i.e. Investigation, Change Control

•Ensure that the production operations are in compliance with the cGMP standards and the Quality Management System.

Job Responsibilities (Production):

•Execution of daily and monthly plan.

•Plan and allocate manpower to lines as per requirements

•Process simplification and performance improvement.

•Aim to achieve zero deviation and 100% utilization of the resources.

•Evaluate Change Control/CAPA/Incidents/Deviations and ensure timely closure

•Preparation and review of SOPs, BPRs, Qualification and Validation protocol/Documents.

•Exhibit batch planning support to R&D batch execution

•Ensure preparation of daily production report.

•Ensure all time compliance in the production facility

Incumbent Must Have:

•Team Handling experience, good interpersonal and communication skills.

•Good in MS office and use of IT Applications

•Experience working in SAP and Track & Trace application
