Banco Gaskets (India) Limited, A leading manufacturer of Engine Sealing Systems & Gasket/Heat Shields for automotive and industrial applications. We have an urgent openings at our Gasket manufacturing plant located at Village- Ankhi, Taluka - Jambusar, Dist - Bharuch-392150.

(1) ENGINEER/SENIORENGINEER-TOOL ROOM

Diploma/BE/B.Tech - Mechanical with hands on 3 to 5 Years of experience in tool manufacturing for progressive tools.
Should have knowledge about all the Tool Room Process and Planning.
Good Knowledge of manufacturing process on conventional Machines and machines.
Analyzing the root cause and trouble shooting of progressive tool and resolving the issues.
Basic QMS knowledge desirable.

(2) SR. TOOL & DIE MAKER

ITI in Tool & Die maker with 3 to 5 years of hands on experience for Assembly of Progressive tools, forming Tools and CAM piercing tools for sheet Metal components.
Should have good hands on experience in using basic measuring equipment like, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge etc.
Good Knowledge of manufacturing process on conventional Machines and CNC machines.
Adequate knowledge about tooling element and their functional requirementis necessary.

(3) VMC OPERATOR

ITI Turner/ Machinist with CNC Operating/ Programming Course- with 3 to 5 years of experience for VMC operator.
Should be familiar with Fanuc Control, M & G Code.
Ability to read drawing for machining, Basic understanding 2D programming.
Must be able to understand and properly use tooling.
