Position Title: Frontline Officer -Industrial Relations
Designation: Officer /Senior Officer
Location: Vilayat, Bharuch(Gujarat)
Eligibility:
Highest Qualification: MBA/MSW/ MLW/ PGDM
Experience: 4+years
- Should be comfortable in local language
Job Description:
• Ensuring filing & submission of documents on pending case (Labour, Civil & Criminal) before various authori as labour court/ Industrial court, Lower court and High court. (including all Cosco cases)
• Coordinating court case with panel advocate/advocate for updating status of case from time to time and discussid action plan before case date. Industrial Relation
• Liaison with Govt. authorities such as police, Municipality, Tehsil, SDM office, labour department(Asst. Labo Commissioner, Dy. Labour Commissioner, Labour Court & Industrial Court), Judicial Court (Lower court to Hig Court) and DM office.
• Media Management to safeguard public image of the organization
Reply the Notice / Query of the local bodies e.g. Assembly/Police Station, SDM Office and revenue department. Discipline and Conflict Management
• Active participation in mediation and conciliation proceeding against Union/Advocate before ALC & DLC
• Taking care of laws covered under Industrial Dispute Act, Gratuity Act, Standing Order Act and Factory Act etc.
• Implementation of Consequence Management & Domestic Enquiry under Standing Order Act.
Interaction with all HOD/SH/shift engineer/Technicians to know shop floor dynamics
• Assisting in maintaining harmonious relations in the through regular interactions with TU leaders, workmen ar other relevant stakeholders
