What is difference between On Load switching & off load Switching?
On Load Switching:
Switching of device is allowed in Load as well as No load condition.
Off Load Switching:
Device must be operated in No Load Condition only.
(Load condition means the current is passing through device).
Which are No load Switching(off Load Switching) devices?
- Isolator no load switching device.
- transformer off load tap changer switch.
